We are only able to offer, discuss and sell insurance products to residents of the states listed above.
We offer a free consultation, which we refer to as a legacy review. During this consultation a licensed insurance agent will discuss your situation and, where appropriate, present life insurance products that may help you.
Depending on your circumstances, the products discussed may include term life insurance, final expense insurance, indexed universal life insurance, or other life insurance products offered by the carriers we represent.
There is no cost to attend a legacy review and no obligation to purchase anything. You are under no requirement to buy insurance in order to receive the consultation.
We are an insurance agency. We are not an insurance carrier, a timeshare exit company, a timeshare cancellation service, a law firm, a tax adviser, or a financial planning firm. We do not provide legal, tax, investment or accounting advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice in those areas.
Nothing on our websites, in our advertisements, or in our communications constitutes an offer of insurance coverage or a guarantee that coverage will be issued.
Any insurance coverage is subject to a completed application, underwriting review, and approval by the issuing carrier. Rates, benefits, features, eligibility and availability vary by state, by carrier, and by individual circumstances including age and health.
No coverage exists until a policy has been issued by the carrier and the required premium has been paid.
When you book an appointment through our website you agree to provide accurate contact information and to attend at the scheduled time, or to cancel or reschedule if you cannot.
Appointments are typically held by video conference or telephone. We may send you confirmation and reminder messages by email and text message about a booking you have made. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment, and to decline to work with anyone at our discretion.
By submitting your information you agree that we and our licensed agents may contact you at the phone number and email address you provided, by phone call, text message and email, including through automated dialing systems, prerecorded voice messages and automated text messaging.
Your agreement is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. You may also contact us directly using the details in Section 12.

Any calculator, projection or estimate provided on our websites, including projections of future timeshare maintenance fees, is illustrative only. It is based on assumptions and on the figures you enter, and it is not a prediction, a guarantee, or professional financial advice.
Actual maintenance fees, insurance premiums and outcomes will differ. Do not rely on these tools as the sole basis for a financial decision.
You agree that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete, and that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Providing false or misleading information may affect our ability to help you, and may affect an insurance application.

Our websites may link to or rely on third-party services, including insurance carriers, scheduling tools and video conferencing platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Our websites and the information on them are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our websites will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Shield Alliance LLC and its owners, agents and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our websites or from any consultation, whether based in contract, tort or any other theory.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our websites will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. This does not affect any right you have to bring a complaint to your state insurance regulator.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our websites after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
